The Bottom Line: We build the engine; you drive the vehicle. Dyizan Digital makes zero guarantees regarding your revenue, sales conversions, or business success. Your profitability depends entirely on your market strategy, not just the code we write.
01. No ROI or Revenue Guarantees
While we architect e-commerce platforms, SaaS portals, and automated pipelines designed to optimize conversions and save time, the actual financial outcome relies on your marketing, product quality, and sales team.
- We do not promise that our software will generate specific financial returns.
- We are not responsible if your e-commerce store fails to make sales due to poor product-market fit or inadequate traffic.
02. Third-Party Platform Volatility
Our custom architectures often integrate with external APIs (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp, Stripe, Razorpay, AWS, OpenAI). We have zero control over these corporate entities.
- If Meta updates their API policies and breaks a WhatsApp automation pipeline, Dyizan Digital is not liable for the resulting downtime.
- If your hosting provider (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) experiences a server outage, we cannot be held responsible for the lost revenue or data inaccessibility during that period.
- Any code refactoring required due to third-party updates post-launch will be billed as a separate maintenance contract.
03. Not Legal or Financial Advice
We are software engineers, not Chartered Accountants or Corporate Lawyers. If we build a financial ledger, an ERP, or an invoicing system for your business:
- It is your absolute responsibility to ensure the software complies with your local tax laws, GST regulations, and financial compliances.
- We do not assume any liability for compliance failures, tax calculation errors, or legal disputes arising from your use of the platforms we engineer. Always consult your legal and financial teams before deploying enterprise software.
04. Security and Data Breaches
We utilize enterprise-grade security practices (PDO/Prepared statements, SSL encryption, secure API handshakes). However, the internet is inherently hostile, and no system is mathematically unhackable.
We explicitly disclaim liability for any data breaches, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized access that occurs due to factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to:
- Your employees using weak passwords or sharing credentials.
- Vulnerabilities existing in third-party plugins or legacy systems you forced us to integrate.
- Social engineering attacks directed at your staff.
05. "As-Is" Delivery
Once a project is officially handed over and signed off, it is provided on an "as-is" basis. Unless you have an active monthly retainer or maintenance contract with Dyizan Digital, we are not obligated to provide free bug fixes, ongoing support, or updates months after the deployment.
