By initiating a project with Dyizan Digital, you agree to these operational rules. We enforce these terms strictly to maintain the quality and speed of our engineering pipelines. Read them carefully.
The Bottom Line: We write custom code, build complex architectures, and deliver on time. In return, we expect prompt feedback, adherence to project scopes, and timely payments. If you break the flow, the project stops.
We do not work on "equity-only" or "pay-when-we-profit" models. Custom engineering requires dedicated resources, and our billing terms are absolute.
Our deployment pipeline is highly optimized. When a project is scheduled, our engineers are locked in. We cannot afford idle time waiting for your feedback.
We execute exactly what is defined in the initial Architecture Brief. "Just adding one small feature" breaks databases and delays launches.
Any feature, module, or UI change requested after the architecture has been locked will be quoted as a separate Add-On and billed independently. We do not do endless revisions.
The code, designs, and systems we build for you are your digital assets, but ownership is conditional based on financial clearance.
We engineer the engine; you drive the car. Dyizan Digital is not liable for how you use the software or the business outcomes it generates.
We are not responsible for server downtimes caused by your third-party hosting providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.), third-party API changes (Meta, Stripe), or business losses resulting from user error. Our maximum liability in any dispute is strictly capped at the total amount you have paid us for that specific project phase.
Dyizan Digital operates out of India. Any disputes, disagreements, or legal proceedings arising from these terms will be governed exclusively by the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in East Delhi, Delhi, India.
