Unlike off-the-shelf software subscriptions, every project deployed by Dyizan Digital is bespoke. When you initiate a project, we dedicate server space, allocate senior developers, and immediately begin mapping your business logic.
Because this time and labor cannot be recovered, resold, or reversed, we operate on a strict milestone-based payment structure where all cleared invoices are final.

We maintain meticulous logs of all communications, code commits, server deployments, and client approvals. If a client attempts to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent chargeback with their credit card company or bank:
Any funds used to purchase third-party assets on your behalf (e.g., domain names, premium plugins, AWS server space, Meta API credits) are immediately sunk costs. We cannot and will not refund money that has already been paid to external vendors for your infrastructure.
